A Family Friendly experience with activities for adults and children.
Cider Tastings by seven (7) different Vashon Island and Washington State Cider Makers. Our lineup includes: Shawnee Hills, Nashi Orchard, and Dragon’s Head from Vashon Island, as well as Wildwood, Liberty, Cockrell, and Alpenfire cider from Washington State. This exclusive collaboration of these seven Cider Makers is being brought to our island for a limited time only!
Adult and Kid Cider Pressing Stations available for fruit pressing. Bring fruit directly from your tree (no fruit from the ground can be used) or use VIGA provided fruit to press your own cider right on the spot! You will be able to enjoy your handmade cider during Ciderfest and even take some home with you!
Live Music by JD Hobson (jdhobson.com) available from 12-5pm.
Want to learn more about your fruit trees? Bring a few samples from your tree to the Vashon Island Fruit Club experts to get your apples identified and learn more about them!
